REmapper Corp provides a variety of online services related to real estate analysis and investment. REmapper Corp values your privacy, feedback and candor very highly. Any user information we collect is considered private and we do not use it or share it except as permitted herein, without the user's permission. We use this personal information at REmapper Corp to provide the best quality service possible. The following policy statement summarizes REmapper Corp 's protection and use of any personal information provided by visitors to the REmapper Corp site.

By submitting this purchase, Member hereby acknowledges, agrees and authorizes Remapper Corp to renew Member's Subscription, automatically, every month, at the guaranteed renewal rate that applies to the membership option chosen by the Member, until such time as Member notifies Remapper Corp to revert (or cancel) the Subscription after there term of membership.

All purchases are subject to the following terms and conditions: Remapper Corp. subscription fees are billed monthly at the following rates:

Remapper Corp offers subscription-based services, including dynamic maps and reports. A 12-month subscription to REmapper Corp costs $1,080.00, a 6-month subscription costs $594.00, for each County, Metro Area, or State. The national 12-month subscription to Remapper Corp costs $4,788.00. Occosionally Remapper Corp will offer sales and bonuses, which supersede the above prices.

Purchase Agreement

All Subscription purchases are final. No refunds will be given for unused portions of your Subscription period.

Member hereby acknowledges and agrees that his/her Subscription privileges are non-refundable in the event that Member chooses to revert or cancel his/her membership. Furthermore, no refund will be made in the event of termination of Member's Subscription due to a violation of the Terms and Conditions of service as outlined here.

All disputes arising out of or relating to FULL memberships, other e-mailing privileges or any other purchase made within the Remapper Corp website shall be submitted to and settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (or any other form of arbitration mutually acceptable to the parties involved). The decision made pursuant to such arbitration shall be binding and conclusive on all parties involved; and judgment upon such decision may be entered in the highest court of any forum, state or federal, having jurisdiction. All such arbitration shall take place in Las Vegas, NV.

Information Collected by Remapper Corp :

Remapper Corp collects user information from several areas of the Remapper Corp site including the 'New Member Registration' area (where Remapper Corp collects each user's name, street address, telephone number, and email address). Remapper Corp collects individual user search activity for statistical, archival, and business purposes. Remapper Corp collects financial information (such as billing address, credit card number, expiration date) for billing payment and credit card authorization purposes. Remapper Corp may track the IP address of a user's computer or place a "cookie" in the browser files of a user's computer. This is required by Remapper Corp services to provide automated features.

Automatic Information:
Remapper Corp receives and stores certain types of information whenever you interact with http://www.remapper.com/beta/Default.aspx. For example, like many Web sites, Remapper Corp uses “cookies,” and obtains certain types of information when your Web browser accesses http://www.remapper.com/default.aspx. Use of Information Collected:
Collected information helps Remapper Corp better understand its users' needs in order to improve its product and service offerings. Email addresses are used to communicate with users through promotional emails, partner emails and for site administration purposes. Users may be deleted from promotional email and partner email lists at their request. Personal information may be used to contact users for the purpose of research, product development, marketing, or customer service, if the user has opted to receive such communication. User search activity is collected and analyzed and may be utilized by Remapper Corp in the aggregate or in the abstract for a variety of business purposes. Financial information is used to bill users for products and services purchased. Within Remapper Corp, only accounting managers have access to the credit card account information. This information is not shared with anyone outside of Remapper Corp. IP address and cookie log data is analyzed to better understand traffic flows and user preferences.

As a registered user/customer, you hereby acknowledge and grant Remapper Corp the permission to communicate with you via email (as well as other communication channel such as phone and fax) for any purposes Remapper Corp determines to be relevant including, but not limited to, system messages, product updates, service announcements and other marketing messages. Remapper Corp will use best efforts to honor customers request to opt out of marketing messages, but under no circumstances will Remapper Corp have any liability for sending any email to its registered users/customers.

Users who do not wish to receive marketing emails including Remapper Corp Promotional Emails, or Sponsor Emails are requested to contact clientservices@REmapper.com via email, or select the opt-out option by deselecting the email option from their member profile. We also send our users site and service announcement updates. Members are not able to un-subscribe from service announcements, which contain important information about service notices and responsibilities.
