Our team of statisticians spent three years crafting an algorithm that accounts for more than 640 variables down the census block level. We’ve used data that is updated quarterly, monthly, or, in some cases, even daily. We’ve tested our forecasts in markets across the country. Of course, a forecast is still a forecast and cannot be guaranteed, but we are confident that REmapper gives you a clearer look into a market that any tool currently available. For 90% of the Census Block Group our 6-month forecast is under + or – 2.5% and we are getting better every day.

We’ve taken incredibly complex data and calculations and made essential results easy to understand using simple color coding. Each time you zoom or pan on REmapper, the map is dynamically rendered (drawn), so you see current relative information – whether you are looking at the county level or block level. The color coded map view also allows you to quickly understand relative values and forecasts, which is critical for making informed real estate decisions.

Can I add REmapper maps and charts to my website?

Yes. While you cannot make the dynamically drawn, real-time map-search available, you can embed static versions of the maps you create by copying and pasting a single line of code. This is done from within your own REmapper account.

REmapper was founded by Eddie Godshalk, a veteran real estate investor who grew frustrated by the lack of truly actionable market information.
