The result: a map-based tool that not only gives you more than a dozen metrics like job growth, vacancy rates and the like, but actually predicts housing prices 12 to 24 months into the future. While most online tools provide numbers at the County or ZIP code level; Home Value Predictor gets you down to the block level with neighborhood by neighborhood numbers and forecasts. And we do it using data that’s refreshed monthly – and even, in some cases, daily – while others update their data only quarterly (or even worse, rely on numbers from the 2010 census).
