Remapper™ was founded in 2004 as the premier service that benefits buyers, sellers, investors and lenders of real estate.

After four years of development the Remapper™ team of PhD statisticians created a proprietary algorithm to apply Spatial Temporal Analysis to over 640 variables in every county, city, ZIP code and census block area in America. The result: a map-based tool that not only gives you more than a dozen metrics like job growth, vacancy rates and the like, but actually predicts housing prices six and twelve months into the future.

We offer an innovative and easy experience for buyers and sellers, by their own profile, to connect, compare and choose a course of action with the most complete, competitive and accurate intelligence offered by any industry source. We provide the only patented tool that actually forecasts, which allows users to make decisions with a high degree of confidence.

Our proprietary system for the first time allows analysis down to the block level. While most online tools provide numbers at the County or ZIP code level, REmapper™ gets you down to the block level with neighborhood by neighborhood numbers and forecasts. And we do it using data that’s refreshed monthly – and even, in some cases, daily – while others update their data only quarterly (or rely on numbers from the 2000 census).

Our data and forecasts are presented in an easy-to-use map-based application using simple color-coding. Each map is drawn on the fly, based on your position on the map, calculating the latest numbers in real time.
